Senior Tax Accountant
Landmark Media Enterprises, LLC, a private company headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, has an immediate need for a Senior Tax Accountant. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Tax; the successful candidate will have responsibility for certain partnership and corporate income tax compliance activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Prepare partnership returns and related filings.
§ Prepare corporate federal and state income tax returns for certain corporations and corporate groups.
§ File extensions and make required estimated payments.
§ Respond to federal and state notices.
§ Handle federal and state income tax audits.
§ Research federal, state and international tax issues, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: ? Minimum of bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required. ? 3 - 5 years experience in partnership and corporate tax. ? Proficient in tax research. ? Experience with tax software, Onesource experience a plus ? Organized, detail oriented and strong team player.
